The Onion and Garlic Festival

The “Onion and Garlic Festival” celebrates the traditional connection between the harvest feast and the popularity and importance of onions and garlic in regional cuisine. This event is becoming an unmissable cultural experience for both locals and visitors who seek an authentic atmosphere and delicious treats. This year, the castle of Loket will host the third edition of the festival.

What to look forward to:

• A live band will enhance the atmosphere and accompany the entire event with positive energy.
• A children’s pro­gram featuring two themed workshops for making onion and garlic decorations, a fairy tale performance, and encounters with farm animals.
• A competition for the best onion and garlic soup for participants.
