St. Martin's Festival at Loket Castle

Join us for St. Martin's Festival at Loket Castle! Look forward to market stalls, music, fairy tales, and the arrival of St. Martin on a white horse, followed by a lantern parade and a fire show.

On Saturday, 14 November 2026, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Loket Castle will host the traditional St. Martin's Festival. Come and enjoy an autumn day filled with music, fairy tales, delicious food, and St. Martin's tradi­tions. A market will be open throughout the day, offering a variety of goods and traditional St. Martin's refreshmen­ts.

The musical programme will feature the Cantus De Velas choir, accordionist Jiří Kříž, a barrel organ player and the Piano & Sax Duo. Our youngest visitors can also look forward to Mr. Night Watchman's Mixed-Up Fairy Tales. The night watchman himself will make several appearances around the castle throughout the day.

One of the most anticipated moments of the day will come at the end of the festivities. At 5:15 pm, St. Martin will arrive on a white horse and lead visitors on a lantern parade through the area below the castle. At 5:30 pm, a spectacular fire show will bring the festive evening to a close.

Tickets are available online or at the castle ticket office in advance at discounted prices: CZK 170 for adults, CZK 130 for children and seniors, and CZK 480 for a family ticket. Tickets will also be available on the day of the event, priced at CZK 220 for adults, CZK 180 for children and seniors, and CZK 620 for families.
